A Legacy of Community in Tuscaloosa
Evans Property on Meador Drive stands on historically significant grounds. In the 1950s, Paul Malone—father of owner Paulette Evans—constructed two homes here, and also founded the beloved Malone Book Store in Tuscaloosa.
Following the devastating 2011 tornado, Paulette and her daughter Nikki developed two modern student duplexes — each with built-in storm shelters and low-maintenance, comfortable units.
